PLA is characterized by little shrinkage and a good adhesion to the table without the need of being heated. It does not need stable printing conditions, and most importantly, it does not delaminate. It melts in 180 -220°C.

ABS FILSHAPER is perfect to create conceptual models as well as components. It is ideal for prototypes, appliances, production of cases, tools and manufacturing elements.

Prints made with ABS are characterized by high endurance to shock loading and chemicals. Elements from ABS are easy to glue, polish, cut and machine to obtain desired shapes and surfaces.

Printing with ABS needs heated platform, close printing chamber and keeping nozzle temperature at 210-250 °C.


ASA FILSHAPER is high-quality thermoplastic with ideal mechanical features and resistance to UVA. They are mainly used in the production process of electrical system circuits and supports for auto parts prototypes.


It is a thermoplastic material, characterized by high endurance and resistance to hitting. Processing temperature should be higher than 265°C.


FILSHAPER PET-G is very hard and has high physical endurance which allows creation of solid 3D Prints. One of its features is little shrinkage, which makes it ideal for producing large objects.

It has the qualities of PLA and ABS and is successfully used in medicine and food industry.


PMMA FILSHAPER is a transparent thermoplastic with high transmittance of light, resistant to most chemicals especially acids. This filament is characterized by resistant to UV radiation and changing weather conditions.

PMMA is perfect for printing chemical and medical equipment as well as electrically illuminated advertising space.


PEEK is highly resistant to heat and chemicals with great mechanical features. Virtues of PEEK are highly appreciated in industries where it is used as substitute for aluminum, steel or even titanium.

The qualities of PEEK make it widely used and highly desired in medicine, aerospace, oil and gas industry and automotive. It is really successful in small-lot production as well as specialist designs and prototypes where metal processing is exceptionally difficult.

It is important to know that this thermoplastic is processed in 400°C.


Very light filament mainly used as support material in the process of additive printing with ABS. When using HIPS as support material we can generate exceptionally unique print shapes, which would be difficult to create in a different production processes.

Once the printing process is over the ABS and HIPS models are put in Limon acid. As a result HIPS dissolves into water, whereas ABS remains intact. The use of HIPS in 3D Printing creates the effect of floating elements.


PVA FILSHAPER serves as support material when printing with PLA. It is very easy to use. Using PVA as support material we can obtain sophisticated print shapes, which would be difficult to create in a different production processes.

Once the printing process is over, the PVA and PLA models are put in warm water. As a result PVA dissolves into water, whereas PLA remains intact.

The use of PVA in the process of additive printing allows the production of ball bearings and elements of gearbox mechanism.
